Return Policy

Return Policy for Products Sold by GreenDust:

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. We will accept returns within 15 days as follows:


All 'GreenDust Certified Refurbished Products' which are sold by GreenDust come with a One (1) Year GreenDust Warranty. For Terms & Conditions, Click Here

Damaged / Defective:

In the unlikely event that a product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, defective, or if the product that was delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with the original tags, for an exchange, within 15 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. The customer should immediately inform GreenDust regarding the damaged / broken product along with photos confirming the same within 24 to 48 hrs.

  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a replacement.
  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount.
Products Not Eligible For Cancellation/Refunds:

From 6th April 2016, all products/categories as listed below will have a replacement only policy. These products/categories will no longer be eligible for refunds or cancellations (except if ordered product is not available in stock or wrong product was shipped). In case the product ordered by you is defective or damaged, you will be eligible for a free replacement within the specified time frame (15 Days for GreenDust items and 3 days for other seller items). We will no longer accept any requests for refunds/cancellations after 6th April 2016.

The products/categories falling under this clause are:

  • 1. Mobile Phones
    2. Mobile Accessories (like Power Banks, headsets, headphones etc.)
    3. Laptops
    4. Laptop Bags
    5. Laptop accessories
    6. Backpacks

Returns/Cancellations Under Special Circumstances:

Under special circumstances GreenDust may, at it's sole discretion, process your request for cancellation/refund by deducting a restocking fee of 20% of the total amount of your order and the applicable shipping & handling charges. These special circumstances may be one or more of the following:

1. You refuse to accept products in your order from our courier partners.

2. You did not return a product in it's original packing and/or with it's complete accessories (if any).


You may return the product to us in the following ways:-
(a) Returns at a nearby GreenDust Store:
  • You may contact our Customer Care within 15 days of having received the product and request a return/exchange. The products can be returned at any of the GreenDust stores.
  • Once you have approval from Customer Care about which store the product can be returned at, you may visit the store and return the products in unused condition, along with the original invoice.
  • We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original invoice.
(b) Returns through Courier Collection:
  • You may contact our Customer Care within 15 days of having received the product and request a return/exchange. All shipping and logistics charges of returning the product will be borne by the customer and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. The refund will be processed after the GreenDust engineers inspect the returned product and certify that the product is in the condition as it is shipped, unused, and with original invoice.
  • If you request a return through courier collection, at the time of collecting the products, you will be given a courier Airway Bill, which is to be retained for future reference.

We will refund the order amount back to the original mode of payment. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 30 working days after product is received by us. If the product received by you is defective or damaged or not as per the specifications ordered and if we are unable to offer a replacement we will refund the amount to the customer on the original mode of payment used to order the product.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as it is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.

Issues with the product(s) received?

If you have any issues with the product(s) received, please call us at 011-6648 9200 the very same day of receiving the packet to get it replaced. Any complaints made after that will not be entertained.

Return policy for products sold by Sellers other than GreenDust:

Return is the action of giving back the item purchased on the Website by You to the seller. The following situations may arise:

  • (1) Item was defective
    (2) Item was damaged during shipping
    (3) Item was missing
    (4) Wrong item was sent by the seller (except variance in color which depends on stock availability)

In case you ordered a wrong item, or the product has been used by you , then you shall not be entitled to any return/refund. You need to raise a refund request within three (03) days of delivery. A return request can be raised by contacting GreenDust customer care (by email or phone number as available on Website). In order to be eligible for a replacement, You MUST return the product with original box and all accessories in the exact same condition as it was sold to you. If a product being returned is not in accordance with the above guideline, then You shall not be entitled to any replacement from GreenDust. The shipping cost for replacing the product shall be paid for by the seller.

Replacement Policy for products sold by Sellers other than GreenDust:

You can request for replacement whenever You are not happy with an item, the reasons for which could be damaged shipping, defective item, item dead on arrival, item(s) missing and wrong item shipped. You need to raise the replacement request within three (03) days of the date of delivery of products. You shall be required to return the product to the seller and only after return of the product; the seller will be obliged to provide a replacement product to You. If the seller cannot replace the same product owing to non availability of the product with him. You shall be obligated to accept the refund in lieu of replacement. All shipping and other replacement charges shall be borne and incurred by the seller.

Cancellation :

GreenDust tries to ship out every order that has been successfully placed, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. Such as:

  • Product No Longer Available with our Merchant or Temporarily Out Of Stock.
  • Non-Serviceable Locations.
  • Inaccurate or Insufficient Address or any other reason.

However, we will contact you, at the earliest, if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
