You will receive an email and an intimation on your order panel, you deliver the product and when the shipment is confirmed , GreenDust will deposit the funds in your bank account after deducting our fees.

What do I need to register as a seller on GreenDust.com?
In order to register, following information would be required - Organization name , Type of business, City, address, Type of company, state, VAT No, PAN No and contact details. Thereafter signed copy of Merchant Agreement would be required to be submitted on 100 Rupees stamp paper along with copies of Copy of PAN card, Copy of VAT registration, Copy of address proof, One cancelled cheque leaf, Bank details (Bank name, Account Number, Account name , IFSC code), Company proof (as applicable)[Partnership firm - Copy of partnership deed, Private Ltd - Incorporation copy, Proprietorship firm - Nil ]

Yes, we will clearly indicate on our listing pages that the product is sold by you and the invoice will carry your name.

Will I be charged any monthly subscription fee or uploading fee?
No, selling on GreenDust.com is absolutely free. Other than the selling fee we don't charge anything.

Can I edit my product price, quantity, condition , warranty etc?
Yes, you can. On GreenDust.com the seller controls what he sells, at what price he sells and where he sells. You can indicate with the product uploaded the product condition, city of delivery, price, warranty condition.

What types of payment are accepted on GreenDust.com? Is cash on delivery (COD) facility ?
Only web payments (pre payments) by customers are allowed. Facility of cash on delivery (COD) will not be available.

How do I get paid?
GreenDust shall settle the account of the seller for all successful transactions from 1st to 15th on 30th and 16th till end of month on 15th of next month, (in case of holidays the settlement will be done on next working day). The amount payable to the seller by GreenDust, will be after deduction of fee and applicable taxes/dues payable to GreenDust, for all successful. The payments would be made in the bank account, registered (by providing necessary documents) at the time of registration of the Merchant.

If there are multiple products by different sellers how will they be listed?
In case of multiple products in same model, the product which is cheapest will be displayed on top, followed by products by other sellers.

What is the replacement policy for products sold by me on GreenDust.com?
A customer can request for replacement whenever s/he is not happy with an item, the reasons for which could be damaged shipping, defective item, item(s) missing, wrong item shipped. The Buyer needs to raise the replacement request within three (03) days of the date of delivery of product (s). The Buyer shall be required to return the product to You and only after return of the product; You will be obliged to provide a replacement product to the Buyer. If You cannot replace the same product owing to non availability of the product ,You shall be obligated to accept the refund in lieu of replacement to the Buyer. All shipping and other replacement charges shall be borne and incurred by You.

What is the return policy for products sold by me on GreenDust.com?
A customer can return the product on account of following reasons - Item was defective, Item was damaged during shipping, Item was missing and Wrong item was sent by the seller (except variance in color). The customer would need to raise the refund request within three (03) days of delivery. A return request would be raised by the buyer by contacting GreenDust customer care (by email or phone number as available on Website). Buyer will be responsible to ensure that the product should be in same condition as sold with all accessories. If a product being returned is not in accordance with the above parameters, then the buyer shall not be entitled to any refund of money from the seller. The shipping cost for returning the product shall be borne and incurred by You.
